We offer documents certifying the functionality of our devices as well as upgrades of older models to the versions from our current range. We also perform periodic technical inspections of DRAMIŃSKI medical devices and make entries in Technical Passports.
All details regarding the conditions of warranty or post-warranty service can be found in the service regulations.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before sending the package for service, as most issues can be resolved remotely. Sending a technically functional device for warranty service may incur inspection costs.

Carefully secure the package, as the manufacturer is not responsible for any damage occurring during the transport process.

Notify DRAMIŃSKI S.A. of the device malfunction immediately upon its occurrence.
The device should be sent to the Service Center no later than the warranty expiration date – this applies only to warranty service.
Provide a copy of the proof of purchase along with the device – this applies only to warranty service.
- In the case of direct purchase from Dramiński S.A., we have a complete history of the devices, so proof of purchase is not necessary.
- Shipping the equipment to the Service Center is at the user’s expense. In the case of warranty service, the cost of returning the device is covered by the manufacturer.
