Simply register your new devices on our website in the customer panel to ensure free manufacturer care. This process involves no unnecessary paperwork or complicated procedures.
All DRAMIŃSKI devices are serviced directly at the manufacturer’s headquarters, minimizing the waiting time for return. In the event of any technical issues, our service department will test or repair the reported device within 14 days of receiving the package. In cases requiring complex repairs, a replacement device will be provided if possible.
