Processing of personal data for marketing purposes
In accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: ‘GDPR’), the Seller may process Customers’ personal data for marketing purposes on the basis of the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).

Voluntary consent
Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary and does not constitute a condition for concluding a sales agreement or using other services offered by the Seller. The Customer has the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time, which shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal (Article 7(3) of the GDPR).

Scope and purpose of data processing
Personal data of the Customer may only be processed to the extent necessary for the following marketing purposes:

  1. Receipt of newsletters, information about promotions and marketing materials related to products and services offered by the Seller.
  2. Contact by email and telephone in order to present an offer of other products and services offered by the Seller and its business partners.

Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is the Customer’s consent granted pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. In the case of data processing for direct marketing purposes on the basis of the Seller’s legitimate interest, the legal basis may be Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

Transfer of personal data
Personal data may only be transferred to the Seller’s business partners for the above marketing purposes, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, once adequate personal data protection measures have been put in place.

Data storage
Personal data of the Customer will be stored until the consent to their processing is withdrawn or until they become redundant for the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with the principles set out in Article 5(1)(e) of the GDPR.

Rights of the data subject
The Customer has the right to:

  • access his or her personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR),
  • rectify his or her data (Article 16 of the GDPR),
  • erase his or her data in the cases provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR (‘right to be forgotten’),
  • restrict data processing (Article 18 of the GDPR),
  • data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR),
  • object to the processing of personal data for the purposes of direct marketing (Article 21 of the GDPR).

Withdrawal of consent
The Customer may withdraw his or her consent to the processing of his or her personal data for marketing purposes at any time by:

  1. Clicking the appropriate link in the emails sent by the Seller.
  2. Sending a request to the following email address: marketing@draminski.com.
  3. Calling +48 89 675 26 15.

Supervisory authority
The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal data Protection Office if he or she considers that the processing of his or her personal data infringes the provisions of the GDPR (Article 77 of the GDPR).
